Chloe Kent
My name is Chloe Kent. I wanted to become a council member because I wanted to help other people with a cleft lip and/or palate, and be part of a team that would make a difference. My favourite past time is to simply be with my friends and have a laugh.

Joining the council
If you would like to become a council member and you are aged between nine and seventeen years old all you have to do is fill out the three-paged application form and send it back to Sandy at CLAPA saying why you would like to be involved.
Once Sandy has received the completed application form she will take it to the next meeting of the council for the members to see. A decision will be made after that time. The council would really like some new members so please do apply.
